Health is a Service, Not a Business.

Transforming rural lives by uniting ancient wisdom with modern science. Activating the Vagus Nerve and unleashing Happiness Hormones for a disease-free, resilient community.

ABHHA Health & Happiness Campaign

ABHHA Health & Happiness Campaign

The Abhha Health and Happiness Campaign (Abhha Swasthya Evam Khushhali Abhiyan) is a visionary initiative by PGVS. We are moving beyond simple medical treatment to build a culture of holistic well-being.

Our mission is to create rural families that are:
- Healthy & Disease-Free
- Addiction-Free
- Malnutrition-Free
- Mentally Balanced

The Abhha Center: More than a clinic, the Abhha Center is a "Health Enhancement Hub." Here, we teach lifestyle improvements, self-awareness, and community support to help villagers lead a preventative, drug-free life.

Science Meets Tradition

We empower communities with a low-cost, sustainable health solution: Vagus Nerve Activation. This critical nerve connects the brain, heart, and gut. When activated, it calms the mind, strengthens digestion, and boosts immunity.

We teach villagers to naturally release the "Happiness Cocktail":

Analyze potential hazards and vulnerabilities to prioritize safety measures and mitigation strategies.
1. Dopamine: The reward chemical.
2. Serotonin: The mood stabilizer.
3. Oxytocin: The love and connection hormone.
4. Endorphins: The pain killer.
5. Melatonin: For restorative sleep.

The Three Pillars of Abhha:

1. Body: Physical resilience through nutrition and hygiene.
2. Mind: Mental peace through meditation and stress management.
3. Spirit: Inner joy through service and connection.

Meet the "Abhha Didi"

The Guardian of Village Health

Abhha didi

The backbone of our campaign is the Abhha Didi, a trained health ambassador from within the community. She is a mentor, a healer, and a leader.

Her Role Includes:
- Holistic Education: Teaching home remedies, yoga, and Pranayama.
- Emotional Support: Guiding families through stress and conflict.
- Community Liaison: bridging the gap between families, Panchayats, Schools, and Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
- Empowerment: Motivating families to become "Self-Healers."
